Refund policy

Every item we carry at Pribby's Pjs is thoughtfully and carefully curated. We want you to love your order, and if that's ever not the case, we do accept returns under the following circumstances. 

• Email pribbyspjs@gmail.com to request a return or exchange within 10 days after receiving your purchase. Please allow up to a 24-hour business day response time. You will receive a confirmation of return and we will confirm the method of return- via mail, drop-off or in-person exchange. 
• Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. 
  
• Pop-Up/Market Dates- item must be postmarked for return within 3 days of purchase
• Buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees
• Returns will be issued in the form the payment was presented. A credit can take up to 10 to 15 business days to be posted your account, this will vary depending on the bank processing your credit.
• It may be possible to exchange items, but due to seasonality and the limited quantities Pribby's Pjs purchases, there is no guarantee of an exchange. In the event an item is no longer available,

Accessories, discounted merchandise and gift cards are non-returnable and considered final sales.
